For the exchange and return of  goods purchased at Nghia FURNITURE :

+ For customers who change or do not continue to purchase when they have made a deposit but have not yet delivered:   will exchange or   return the deposit to the customer 100% free. If the value of the exchanged goods is higher than the value of the goods purchased by the customer, the customer will pay the additional value. If the exchange value is lower than the value of the goods purchased by the customer, Nghia FURNITURE will refund the difference. .
+ For customers who wish to exchange or return goods after delivery: will accept to exchange goods for customers with the following conditions:

Goods delivered to customers within 24 hours, intact, unused:

Customers want to change to another item: 100% free and the customer bears the shipping fee to change the item. Customers will have to pay the difference in exchange value (if the exchange value is greater), and receive the difference in value (if the exchange value is less).
And if the customer has bought the goods but wants to return the goods:   will handle the return of the goods, charge 10% of the value of the goods and the customer bears the shipping costs.

Goods delivered to customers over 24 hours to 3 days:

Customers change to another item: the customer must pay an exchange fee equal to 10% of the value of the goods plus  shipping fees incurred. Also, the difference between the two items exchanged as mentioned in (a) applies to return or refund.
If the customer has purchased the goods and wants to return the goods: will receive the goods back and charge 20% of the value of the goods and the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Goods have been delivered to customers more than 3 days to a maximum of 10 days:

Customers change to another item: the customer must pay the exchange fee equal to 20% of the value of the goods plus the shipping fee incurred. Also, the difference between the two items exchanged as mentioned in (a) applies to return or refund. Returns are not applicable in case the goods have been delivered more than 3 days.
