All products sold by Nghiafuni are warranted in the best conditions by a team of experienced technicians in the profession, specifically as follows:

1 - General terms of the warranty
- All products sold:  dining table and chair, project table, coffee chair, sofa... are warranted by Nghiafuni for up to 1 year.
- All products are warranted in terms of manufacturer defects. For furniture, Nghiafuni does not warrant in case of warping or warping.
- In the event of a user error, Nghiafuni will evaluate the product failure status. If the error is minor, we will support free repair for customers, in case of serious damage, we will support with the lowest cost.

2 -  Cases not covered by warranty:
- The product has an expired warranty or lost warranty card.
- Customers who arbitrarily dismantle, repair, and change the original shape and quality of the product will not enjoy the warranty from Nghia Furniture.
- The product is burnt or damaged due to mechanical impact, deformation, falling, breaking, impact, scratches, damage due to moisture, rust, water leakage, animal intrusion, natural disaster, fire fire, using the wrong voltage.
- Warranty does not include shipping and delivery.
