1. Delivery method:

- For orders delivered in Hanoi, Da Nang, Saigon: we will deliver goods by motorbike or car depending on the volume of goods.

- For orders outside the above 3 locations: we will send a garage, a passenger car, use a private truck to deliver to the delivery location, or transport by another method agreed with the customer when ordering to ensure Guaranteed to deliver the goods to customers safely and at the most economical cost.

2. Delivery time:

- If the goods are available: the delivery time is 1-2 days if the delivery location is in Hanoi, Da Nang, or Ho Chi Minh. In addition to the above locations, delivery time will vary from 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. Time can be increased or decreased in case of customer request

- If the goods have to be ordered for production: Delivery time ranges from 12-15 days or maybe longer for large and complicated orders. Delivery time applies to all places nationwide.

- In case the customer wants to change the delivery time, please contact Nghia Furniture at least 24h before delivery, we will try to meet the customer's request time.

3. Shipping fee:

- If customers are in Hanoi, Da Nang, Saigon: We offer free shipping within a radius of 10km from the showroom and apply when customers buy from 1 set of tables and chairs or more. In the case of retail customers (tables or chairs), customers will bear the shipping cost or bear part of the cost of the order is over 5 million (this cost we will agree with the customer when the customer places an order).

- If the customer is outside the 3 locations mentioned above: The customer will pay the entire shipping cost or pay   1 part of the shipping if the order is large enough (this cost will be agreed upon with the customer when the customer places an order). ).
